What we collect

When you send a message through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and the content of your message. The form collects nothing else.

This website uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Our web hosting provider keeps standard technical server logs (such as IP address and time of visit) to operate and secure the service.

Purpose and legal basis

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and to handle the related matter, such as a quote or an order. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. Your details are not used for direct marketing or passed on for marketing purposes.

Recipients and processors

Form submissions are delivered to our email through the Web3Forms form service, which may process data outside the EU/EEA; see its privacy policy. The website is hosted by Hostingpalvelu.fi in Finland.

Retention

Messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to handle the matter, and no longer than two years after the last contact, unless accounting or other legislation requires longer retention (e.g. order-related records).

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, to request its correction or erasure, and to object to its processing. Send requests to info@spleinonen.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, in Finland the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman.
